I wrote a similar post a few months ago about how my daughter is a picky eater. I know it’s normal for this stage in her life, but it can be frustrating, to say the least. She will go from liking her usual favorites of chicken nuggets, mac & cheese, French fries, clam chowder, sausage, hash browns and waffles to not wanting to eat any of them at all. Don’t even get me started on vegetables; I must sneak those into blended smoothies since she knows what vegetables are and what they look like by texture and colors. That doesn’t mean she’s tried any of them, she just assumes that all vegetables are gross.
